Description |
This vest was handmade by APCO Historian Linda Ford of APCO NC Chapter and contains campaign pins, conference bid pins, chapter pins and vendor logo pins and stickers from 1974 to 2012 donated by Conference attendees. Linda Ford notes; "The vest idea came from Tom Emmons (dec. Atlantic Chapter) after wearing them [the pins]on my name tag became very cumbersome. This vest weighs approx. 12 lbs.! It has only been worn by one other person...Meng Xiu Linm, the female head of the Chinese Delegation visiting an APCO Annual Conference." |
