The photograph was taken during the APCO 50th Annual Conference in San Diego, CA. in 1985 and shows some of APCO's founding members and communication forerunners in their field: Jim Evans, Chief Bill Keel, Bob Batts and Frank Campbell (L-R). "Old Fossil" was a moniker given to Lin Hardy-Ford by David Swan, signifying Linda as the APCO historian. |
